Union Address

To: the site's people and the representatives of the Flog Joint Conference of Administrators

Honorable Chair (the siteowner of this website), distinguished representatives and moderators, and my fellow people of the website of Flog.

Here, right in this website, happened an unpleasant event in the past two days. On one hand,it was caused by the imporper behavior of a user of this website. But on the other side, after my reflection, I may be because of the imperfection and unthoughtfulness of me, the one who proposed the enactment of the Code of Flog.

So here is my apology to all.

But my main purpose of writing this post is to call upon a better Code for Flog, especially the Penal Code and the Electoral Code. What's more, I hope we can establish a united, democratic and free website ruled by a group of patriotic people full of justice in their hearts.

So it's actually State of Union Address to the Joint Conference, the Committee, the Cabinet and the Team of Justice.

A united site can better purify the site. I mean, there won't be a lot of quarrels and fights and arguments between users. It will be easier to help remain the peacefulness and the essence of the website, a Blog Website.

Personally speaking, I think the best way to unify the site and make the users convenient and bring justice to the site is to bring about a constitutional Rule for the site and do some legislative works according to it. It's a nice way to make it frank and apparent to every users.

The history of the Joint Conference of the Administrations isn't long. It was established on May 8th, 2021. It was me, again, who proposed to establish it any way. My originally thought was to have a central power led by the chair (Head of site). The chair, then, decentralized the power to the whole of the people of the site. Our political structure was constantly changing, led by different people and in the third cabinet, we even changed the Supreme Moderator.

So what I would like to say is that our conference is new, and we are always trying to make the website a better place. So please be forgiving to our mistakes and respect the authority of both the Chair and the Representatives.

So please unite, with a centre, like any successful organization did. We are classmates offline and we are Netpals online. What's makes sense when someone picks mistakes for other? Why don't we operate the website democratically and frankly?

Unite, we create! I call upon the Chair, all the Representative of the Joint Conference of Administrators and all the users of the website to work together towards the goal of safely and justly operate the website.

I hope that the people of Flog can give us representatives enough respect, and we, will try our best to make the online space a better place.
