A Bill to Amend the Compactura Flogium in order to better preserve order and protect the peace

Article 1: Add chapter name before Article 1[1]

Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 2: Amend Article 5 as followed: Article 5 Define that all the side-accounts that endanger the normal life and order as Negative Side Accounts (NSAs). All users do not have the right to create NSAs.

Article 3: Delete Article 9

Article 4:

Add Chapter 2 as followed:

Chapter 2 Basic Rights of Users Article 9 All individuals who have an account in the site of Flog are Populus Flogium

Article 10 Populus Flogium are protected by this Compact

Article 11 Populus Flogium have the freedom of publication, assembly, speech, boycotting, voting and protesting

Article 12 Every time when an incident crucial enough happen, a General Assembly is summoned. Article 13 The Representativeship at General Assembly is created through random picking among frequent users.

Article 5:

Add Chapter 3 as followed:

Chapter 3 Regulations and Decision making body

Article 14 Establish a General Decision Body: The Commission of Order Preserving and Protection

Article 15 Membership of Commission of Order Preserving and Protection is created through General Assembly Election. Election happen every two months.

Article 16 The duty of Commission of Order Preserving and Protection is to do general decision and remind the Consul of general good.

Article 17 The Commission of Order Preserving and Protection does not have the governing and executive power. But it can draft public bills to General Assembly. Article 18 The Consul is the highest official in the site of Flog.
